"Enter Product Key" Failure

I recently purchased Fences 5 with the multiple download option. I was able to download and activate it on one computer, but I'm having problems with my 2nd computer. Each time I select the "Enter Product Key" button, nothing happens, which means I can't enter the key I purchased. I've removed and reinstalled the software, but the problem persists. I'm working on a Windows 11 system. 

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, please review your activation using this guide: https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#reviewactivations.

Deactivate any activation that is not suppose to be there. But, if you see only one activation attached to your Fences 5. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
