also working outsite local network

connecting with clients over the internet

Hello,

Question about Multiplicity,

Having some trouble with the explanation of how Multiplicity works.

Thinking about buying MultiPliciy but need to know if you can takeover computers outsite your own network.

I need to make connections with my clients outsite, over the internet, is this possible or not?

Thanks for any answer about this question.

Hello,

From my limited knowledge on Multiplicity, I don't think that is possible. However, I have forwarded your question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

Much like how RDP works, you need to have all Multiplicity PC on the same subnet.  For PCs that are over the Internet, that is generally accomplished with VPN connections that get them on one, the shared subnet.
