Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, Need to know more on your system.

1. Windows full version numbers. Use Winver.exe
2. Fences 5 full version numbers.
3. Screen resolution and scale factor (100%,150%,200% etc)
4. Screenshot of what you have on your desktop.
5. Does restore layout snapshot help restoring your layout.

thanks for first replay. here my answers.

3. 3440*1440  by 100%   (it´s an attached Display)   without only on a surface with 2736*1824 and 200%  it works fine  (The setup is the same like fence v3 and this worked fine)

if i add a folder portal, everythinks looks fine with the font.....

Hi Basj,

yes i try now. When i restart the windows explorer.exe the symbols on the desktop with the font are fine, teh fence is not vissable, then the fence come back an the font is not fine anymore.

This is when you are at 200% scale? If so, try to turn it down to 150%, and restart explorer.exe and see if the issue resolved.

no, i use 100% scale. if i go up to0 150% or 200%, it will be a little bit better, but i wouldn´t work with this.

Dear Basj,

when i use my Microsoft surface, it works fine.  When i use also an attached 4K monitor with 100% scale, the problem with the font is there. When i change the Scale to 150% or 200% on the attached Monitor it will be a littel bit better, but as far not so good like the font by using only the surface without the attched Monitor.

• When you using MS surface at 100% alone without any external monitor it work, yes?

• When you connect external 4K monitor  with 100% scale as extended monitor to the MS Surface main display or as a duplicate to the main display?

It´s extended monitor (same Setup like with fence v3)
