Recent Files Not Showing on Start11

I'm using the latest version on Windows 11.

When pinning programs to the start menu, recent files are not showing up for some programs.

I don't know what the difference is between the programs that show recent files and those that don't. They are all added the same way - searching by name and selecting "pin to start menu".

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, not much can be seen from your screenshot. Is this Windows 7/Modern style? Did you set enough space for things to show up?

Thanks

Yes.

I don't know what that means. I'm just showing the pinned section of the start menu - you can clearly see that only two programs show recent files and two that should (Daminion and FL Studio), for whatever reason, do not.

You can adjust for more area vertically by changing this setting.

You are misunderstanding me: There is no issue around space at all. I'm talking about RECENT FILES for PINNED PROGRAMS on the start menu.

In the picture I posted, recent files are available for Reaper and Excel (as seen by the arrows appearing next to those apps), while nothing is shown for FL Studio and Daminion - even though the same feature should be available.

Should have make it clear on your first post for those specific applications. Anyway, I believe those link to your jump list. If you open those application and right click on its taskbar button, do you see the jump list menu?

Yes, there is no jump list for FL and Daminion, but the list shows up for Reaper.

From what I understand as a user, Jump lists are something that generate by Windows System and Start11 take those list and display it in the Startpanel. If an application don't have Jump list, Start11 don't have that information to display it on Startpanel.
