After starting Start11, the desktop keeps flashing

Hi,

After starting Start11 v2.03, the Windows desktop keeps flickering as if it is switching between several software windows. (As shown in the video)

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software with the Purge utility, but the problem persists.
And there is no other software of the same type installed on the computer, such as StartAllBack.
