Hello,
Recently I purchased a new 4k monitor and in order to see thing not so tiny, I personalized the monitor to have 150% scale and since than all my icons in the fences are not aligned.
I tried to google this issue but didn't find and solution that works.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I believe, when you move to large monitor with 150% scale, you will need to manually align everything again to your requirement. Make sure to save the layout snapshot.
