Multiplicity Activation error 205

I'm getting a 205 error when attempting to activate multiplicity after re-installing windows 11 23H2.

I've looked at the support article for error 205 and have tried renaming my PC a couple of times and can confirm that it only contains western characters.

Multiplicity picks up my PC name fine when it's set to being a secondary.

Any further ideas on what I can try?

Perhaps activation server down issue. Please, try again later. If it is not, please try this guide and review your activation and deactivate old activation. To clear up activation slots.
