I have licenses that me are confusing.

Now I'm reinstalling my second laptop.

I have no idea which license number to use.

He refuses every number.

Something went wrong at the beginning of the purchase.

Now I don't know which songs are for me anymore. There must be 2. I thought September. 1 is active on 1 laptop but the other ?????

I hope you can help me.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please review this thread , this guide should tell you how to review your activation and you can use it to deactivate your activation. https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#reviewactivations

Also, not really clear on your issue. Not to sound disrespectful, but, I believe it is best if you can write in your own language and we can try to understand your issue using translation.
