Unable to Deactivate Old Mulitiplicity Installations

I currently have two registration keys for Multiplicity Pro.

These were used on old computers that are no longer in-use.  When I go through the setup process I enter one of the old registration keys and it tells me to "Click continue to deactivate the other computer and proceed with activation on this computer".  I have attempted this with both registration keys.  After clicking continue the next page says "Unable to activate Multiplicity.  Please try again or contact support.  (Error code: -205).

Can someone please deactivate the installations for my two registration keys so they maybe used again?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please use this guide to review your activation and there is a guide in there to deactivate old activation. https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#reviewactivations

Thanks

Those instructions seem to be for deactivating an installation on my current machine.

I used my registration keys on installations on machines which are no longer running.

EDIT:

Nevermind, I found that I am able to go to https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products and there is an option to deactivate old installations, which worked.
