In Start 11, I don't see any way to disable those annoying taskbar previews that popup every time my cursor happens to brush over it. The web is full of useless "fixes", none of which appear to work. When "never combine" is chosen, those previews are completely unnecessary. If this isn't somewhere in Start 11, it should be.
There used to be a Registry hack to delay the taskbar thumbnails, but I just tested it and it appears that Microsoft disabled this ability. Maybe Stardock could add this as an option within the Enhanced taskbar section of Start11v2.
