Hi.

I tried out the Stardock software for 30 days and when the trial was finishing I got an offer to renew for $6.99.

When I accepted and went to the cart it keeps showing $9.99.

I know it's only a couple of bucks but it's the principle.

Why is the discount not being applied ? Please can anyone help.

P.s for a company with a reasonably good product, they provide NO support. Instead of direct you to this forum for  DIY help center. That's VERY disappointing.

I think you'll find this forum to be one of the best support systems for any software. I know I do. There are a group of advanced users that will usually reply within a few hours with a solution, and the tech/development team monitors this forum.

I may as well address the other question at the same time. 

I noticed in the forum a lot of people not getting their activation codes and related issues.

I'm just about to purchase for the first time after seeing this software recommended on YouTube and having tried it myself for 30 days. Stardock V1 was exactly what Windows 11 needed and now we have Stardock V2 out.

Am I able to try the other products for 30 days , like Fences for example. I'm a little worried it may defeat the purpose of having a clean desktop but in the other hand it may make it easier having things closer at hand, only trying it out will tell.
