PC works as primary, but not as secondary

I am using a win11 pc as primary, and two win7 pcs as secondaries
The first win7 pc connects as secondary no problem
The other win7 pc cannot be detected

I have tried all the steps I could find here: https://forums.stardock.com/486104/multiplicity-support-faq#connectionissues
Firewall is disabled (always was), network set as work (then set as home), tried changing the passcodes to 123456, tried connecting directly via name then as IP address. KVM is not disabled. etc etc. Nothing worked.

Then as a test I tried to set up the problem pc as a primary, and the it detected and connected to the win11 pc without any issue. So it seems it only has an issue being the secondary. Any thoughts what the issue might be? Any direction you might point me in?

End of quote

Its always a firewall issue...  I would recommend running the port fix (in that article) on all MP PCs and trying again.
