Fullscreen issue

from Stardock Forums

When I launch any application in windowed fullscreen there is about a 50/50 chance that the taskbar will stay visible. Alt tabbing out and in again makes it go away but it sure is annoying. Issue present since start 11 1. I have disabled start 11 2 and the problem goes away.

(I also have windows blinds running, does not occur in exclusive fullscreen)

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. As a test, if you have Start11 enhance taskbar turn "on", and you having this issue, try turn Start11 enhance taskbar "off". Does the issue goes away? Check that and report back.

I disabled it and alt tabbed about 50 times and there was no issue, except my task bar looks gross haha

I tried on my Windows 10 system with few games but I can not reproduce your issue. Might help if you can list few games that you saw the issue often?

I suspect you mean 'any game', yes?

Once 'fixed', it does not happen again for that running app, yes?  Meaning, if you use the Windows Key to open the menu, then click the game again, the taskbar is again hidden, yes?

Yes any game, and occasionally even YouTube full screen.

 

It fixes it until I alt tab again to something else, then when I go back to the the game it happens again.
