Fences 5 fails to install

installation fails very soon after initiated

I have used both Start(10,11), and Fences for years with no problems. Now within two weeks I have had the newest versions of both programs fail to install. Message basicly says installation cannot continue. I Use latest 64 bit Windows 10 with well equiped desktop unit.
