New objects added move behind the Fences and are not visible when Windows restarts, how to fix it? I always have to move the Fences to look behind

Sorry to hear you are having issues. You can create a Fences and set a rule so that all new icons/shortcut/document coming into the desktop move into that Fences. This will make sure those new icons won't be hiding behind any Fence.

Thanks, i created a fence visible only on mouseover so i can more easily check for moved icons
