Is there any way not to disable the line in the top of taskbar

When I use Start11, active enhanced taskbar mode or not, the line in the top of taskbar will disapper. I know that may many people hate this and Start11 decide to hide it by default, but I still wish there will an option made for users to make the decide, disable it or not.

Or is there any method to make Start11 tweaks Start Menu and Start Menu Icon only, not to change the Taskbar. Microsoft provides better Taskbar now and I have not need to tweak it.
