Fences need to unroll at the top layer

Hi.

I'm sure a lot of people have had this problem, but I can't seem to find anything to address it.  I have my Fences aligned on the top of my screen with my most used apps sorted by category.  

Of course, if I have Word open and want to quickly launch my units converter app, that Fence opens UNDER my Word document and I have to move my document anyway and then open the app.  

This takes all the functionality out of Fences, since I could just as easily have moved my Word document and found the converter app Icon on a normal desktop setting, without Fences.  

We need a checkbox that allows us to have our Fences unroll their contents on the TOP LAYER of our desktops, yeah? 

If this has been addressed, my apologies, and please post a link to the solution to this problem.

Yes agreed!!!  Right now fences are only visible at the desktop Level. So they organize the desktop but provide almost no other use.

A better way to handle this would be to add the "Always on Top" view option per fence so Individual Fences (docked, rolled, or undocked) can be adjusted to the users current task and work flow. Example I don't need my "Pictures" Fence visible when working on legal documents but I do need my "Legal Documents" or "Case XXXX" documents fence easily accessible. 

I'm using Version 4.21 and This is a really annoying issue when I need to attach documents to an email or pull up documents or pictures for a specific project, that I have Fenced a folder portals for. (Love these!)

This would totally take fences to a much higher usability level and not rely on a "Hot Key" that shows all your fences at the same time.
