'Show Fences' on taskbar

Persistent, how to remove?

The 'Show Fences' icon is ever-present on my taskbar.  It's been there, and remains there, ever since installing Fences 5.  What setting, if any, controls this?  It doesn't appear to do anything when left-clicking it, and right-clicking offers nothing.  Uninstalling, re-booting, and re-installing Fences 5 does not solve this.  Anybody else?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

  1. Windows 11 full version number. Use Winver.exe.
  2. Fences 5 version.
  3. Start11 v1 or v2 installed?

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Purge/re-install worked.  A [Peek | Taskbar Icon | Add "Show Fences" icon to my taskbar] option now shows in Fences configuration.  Thanks for your help!
