Start11 v.2.03 Has Access Denied Issue Been Resolved

Hi there - I had updated Start11 from v.1.47 to 2.0 about 3 weeks ago. I was getting the 'Access Denied' error for flyout menu. At the time there was no fix so I uninstalled 2.0 and reinstalled 1.47. Does anyone know if that issue has been resolved? I'm excited about upgrading to 2.0 but I want to make sure it will run smoothly as v. 1.47 has been doing.

Any news?
