Internet Explorer shortcut can't remove in Win 10/11 Style

I accessed the root folder to delete the Internet Explorer shortcut, but it will still show up in Win 10/11 Style.

After multiple times of switching between different Window styles as well as disabling and enabling Start11, the Internet Explorer shortcut is gone. It seems Start11 is somewhat buggy as deleting some app folders from either
C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

Even though the folder was deleted it will still show up in the All apps menu until I reboot my system.

Actually, I believe, you should try to restart Explorer.exe. that should work without needed to reboot.
