Download Installer Questions

I downloaded the 30 day free trial for Start11, set it up and decided to buy it after a few days. Purchase went through then received an email with my product key and Download Start11 v2 Installer link. Since I already have it customized to my liking.

Do I still need to do the Start11 v2 Installer to re-install? I already have it so is it a mute issue?

Do I have to reinstall then redo all my personalized settings?

Hello,
I don't think you need to reinstall it. You just need to install over if there is a newer version. You can check the latest version on Start11 now is V2.03 [Beta] : You should be able to download it here: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products.

Thanks for the reply. Clicked the link and nothing there. If a newer version does come out will I be notified or do I need to sign in to my acct?

Have you activated your Start11 v2 copy using you purchased key? If you already done that Start11 v2 should appear in your product account page. Please post a screenshot of that page. Make sure to blank off any activation keys appear there.

That was the point of my first question, do I have to do anything, guess I wasn't clear. I have my product key but after reading your post I will have to click the download link in the email and add a product key. Because basically I'm still on the free version. Since I signed up for the free trial and you have my email I thought it would just applied thus not needing me to do a download. 

I did do a screen shot and saved as jpeg but when I tried to upload it wouldn't allow, screen seem to freeze up. 

Let me do the download and take it from there.

Pretty sure all you need to do is open the trial Configuration app; go to the About screen and click Activate; enter your email address that you used to buy Start11 and then enter your product key.

I activated my license then rebooted my pc and looks like all good so far, nothing changed in my settings. Thanks for the help.
