Why won't Fences work in Windows 7

I purchased Fences 4 last month and it failed to run in Windows 7. Can anyone explain how to run Fences in Win 7.
Fences 4 can't run on Windows 7. Only Windows 10 & 11. You can choose to keep and use it if you have plans to upgrade to Windows 10 or 11, or you can ask for a refund by placing a ticket here: https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4/group/13/create/10140
Make a note of the ticket number for future reference.
