Fences 5 permanent license

Good evening, I would like to purchase the new Fences5 permanent license version as an upgrade of version 4 which you see here I purchased in 2022. I can't find a way from the Stardock website, can you help me with the purchase method and price?

There is no upgrade price for fences v5 for the permament licences. Only the 10% discount of the full price...

The only "upgrade-price" for customers of v4 is the subscription.
