Hi, It wont let me activate Fences 5 with my activation key i got from purchasing Fences 3... Is this not a free upgrade or do we have to purchase again?
It is not a free upgrade.
You can either upgrade to the subscription version that stops working after 12 months, or the permanent license which allows you to use that version including minor updates (so all 5.x builds) which costs more.
