Weird Trailing Glith on desktop with Fences

Getting this weird glitch on desktop. What should I do to avoid???

I am running top of the line threadripper cpu and 64GB RAM

Sorry to hear you are having issues. You using color wallpaper or picture wallpaper? Try picture and see if the issue still there.
