Start11 v2 not activating

Hi,

I just installed Start11 v2 and it is not activating with my license key.

"An invalid key was entered."

The key is definitely correct has I just requested it to be sent to me.

Is it because Start11v2 uses a different key than Star11v1 ?

I bought Start11 in May this year (2023).

Am I not entitled to use the new version?

That's a horrible business model. I purchased a 5 pack and now my key won't work on any additional machines I try to install it on. I'm looking for an alternative.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, if you have 5 pack license key, you should be able to activate on 5 system. If your need to add system no 6, you will need to purchase a new license. But, if you just need to move slot to another system. You will need to deactivate that old activation first, so a slot will be free up, for your new system activation. Not sure how that is horrible business model.

Just remember to install Start11 v1 not 2 if that is what your key is for.

I downloaded Start11v2 activated it with my key and it all worked beautifully until Team Viewer kicked it off. I clicked on setup and it was working again. however, this time when Team Viewer kicked it out, going through setup again didn't work. Help! How do I get my Start11v2 working again?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, how Team Viewer "kicked it off" and you mean Team viewer deactivated your activation? How is that possible? Unless while on Team viewer someone came in your system and delete off your activation file.
