Failed to set up new primary computer

Hi,

My old computer, where multiplicity where on, "died". It was the primary computer so i installed multiplicity on a new computer.

When i logged in i got the usual message saying that a primary computer is already set and if i continue the older will be disconnected for the new one. When i continue I got a message saying there is no "Mutilplicity is not associated with this account" and i can't set up my new pc to the primary one.

Can you help me ?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please use this guide to review your activation and from there you can deactivate old activation, This will clear up slot for new system activation. https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#reviewactivations
