I just upgraded to start11 and it doesn't work on my PC. Any Ideas on how to get Start 10 back? I have downloaded my original Start 10 package but that gives error messages.

What is not working with Start11 and what error messages are you getting from Start10 install?
Start 11 flashes the whole screen black and back to desktop in a continuous loop. After installing
Start 10- The message states that the service is unavailable and wants to uninstall leading to an exe error I can't remember at the moment.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
