Start11 start key opening Windows settings when in fullscreen application

Hey, I have my Start11 options set so that the Windows key should minimize fullscreen applications, but one day it started to open to settings menu for the OS instead. It doesn't happen every time, but I've been careful enough to be sure that it's not something I'm doing on accident, like if I hit Win+I instead of just the Windows key somehow.
