Icons On Desktop Not Showing Up

I have numerous icons on my desktop and just now, most of them are not being shown somehow.  

I don't have Quick-Hide enabled - in fact, if I do enable it and then double-click, I can see the few remaining icons disappear and re-appear.

This has happened a few times in the past (mostly when changing monitor setups - 4 at home, 3 at work).  In those cases, double-clicking seemed to "bring the icons back"

Any thoughts?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. There are two possibilities.

  1. You have unintentionally moved them to another Fences desktop page. Please try disable Fences desktop page or navigate around Fences desktop page to find them.
  2. You have OneDrive Desktop Sync turn on which could causing some icons missing from Fences. Please refer here: https://forums.stardock.com/501085/page/1/#3785362

Hi

Thanks for the quick reply - I did have Desktop Pages turned on, it's now off...

This fixed the problem
