Activation of Fences 4 Problem

Can't activate Fences 4--showing active already on an old laptop that is toasted

I recently upgraded to Fences 4, and activated on an older laptop.  No problem there, until...the laptop died.  Battery dead, power supply input toasted, basically DOA.

Problem is, I want to put Fences 4 on my new computer, and can't do it.  Getting message that it needs to be uninstalled from old machine.  It's basically a burn out paper weight, so no can do.   Anyone know how to proceed at this point?
