Display video on Desktop in a defined area

Amongst the various apps in the Object Desktop suite, is there something that provides a way to define a region on my desktop (much smaller than the whole desktop) and play a video in a loop inside that region? Thanks

From what I know, there is no application with that ability within the Object Desktop suite.
