START11 - breaking taskbar peek

start11 is breaking taskbar peek (without start11 it works)

my taskbar peek doesnt work when I have start11,

when I restart explorer it works for a brief moment before start11 kicks in then taskbar peek stops working

taskbar peek is a crucial thing for me and its enabled in advanced system settings and in the registry too
