Create fences not working on SQ3 windows 11 Surface

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you check if Fences is not locked? Right click on empty area in your desktop.

Yes did that and is not locked

Need more details please.

1. Windows 11 full version numbers. Use Windows own Winver.exe to get it.
2. Fences full version number.
3. What pop up then you tried create a new fence? Error message? etc.

Create fences is missing in right click on desktop

Actually, what you need to do is, with Fences enabled, just left click drag make a rectangle and a menu will popup to create a fence or create a portal fences here. Refer screenshot below.

Right click and create a rectangle around a group of icons to make a Fences with those icons in it. Refer screenshot below.
