Do I have to pay the full-price for the new windowsblind 4.2? I thought that I could update to the new version within one year of my old purchase. Can someone help me out on this?

If you bought WB 4 your registration covers all updates for the WB 4 series. If you bought WB 3 you need to purchase WB4 but with a discount for a returning customer. If you purchased an Object Desktop subscription then you've purchased all OD apps and any updates/upgrades for the term of your one year subscription.
