Desktop Icon Font Shadow

Before change with shadow

I don't know if there was an update or what but the font on my desktop icons has changed and now has a shadow. Does anyone know how to change it to a solid font? It was solid white yesterday but today it changed.

The issue is caused by a bug in a windows 11 update called KB5030310 causing the system to ignore the icon label shadow setting and turning it always on.

Until Microsoft will fix the bug, the only way to get rid of the shadows is to uninstall the update. This is a guide how to do it.

Thank you. I figured it was something like that. Should I report it to Microsoft or do they already know about it?
