I was just forced to upgrade to 22H2 on my computer and now it is impossible for me to resize the Taskbar. All other customizations that I use are working.
I've tried restarting explorer and restarting the computer. Is another instance where you have to uninstall the software then reinstall it?

Yes that is turned on. I've changed no settings from before the upgrade.
Try this uninstall Start11, reboot immediately, reinstall Start11, reboot again, retest it and report back.

Reinstalling the product did not solve this issue. You cannot resize the taskbar anymore.
