Humble Bundle Stardock Bundle: Activation Limit

I've discovered a software bundle being sold on Humble Bundle. (link: https://www.humblebundle.com/software/stardock-desktop-essentials-software) However, I cannot find how many devices I can use these for simultaneously for Start11 and IconPackager, and would like to know this. Thank you.
