Recently install list displays when it should be turned off

Hi,

I'm running Start11 1.47 on Windows 11 22H2 using the Compact Modern Style start menu with the Windows 10 style all programs list.

At the top of this list, a "Recently installed" section appears:

Further, as shown above, a little annoying "New" label appears under new applications.

In my Start 11 settings, I have "Do not highlight new applications" under "Start Menu > Configuration > All programs list" turned ON.

Further, in my Windows 11 settings, I have "Show recently added apps" under "Personalization > Start" turned OFF.

The Windows 7 style all programs list works correctly and displays neither the unwanted "Recently installed" section nor the "New" labels.

Can you provide guidance on fixing this (maybe there's another setting I need to try...) or, if it is a bug in Start11, pass the details along to the development team to get it fixed?

The option you enabled is for the Windows 7 style tree list rather than the newer Win10 style apps list.

We have added control for this to Start11 v2 however via a right click menu option to turn it and suggested apps on/off.
