icons getting rearranged in and out of fences on win10

What is causing icons to be rearranged in and out of fences on win10?

  1. Windows 10 full version numbers.
  2. Fences version.
  3. Post screenshots or Video grab of the issue would help

Need to know more.

  1. Your monitor/s resolutions and Scaling applied (100%,125%,200%,300%)?
  2. Does restart Explorer.exe resolved the issue?
  3. Does do the Fences Restore Layout snapshot return those icons back into Fences?
