Taskbar App Flyouts Not Appearing

I am having trouble with the little windows, I believe they are called flyouts, that pop up when I hover my mouse over an icon in the taskbar. I have the taskbar set to hide automatically, I can usually get the flyout to appear when I first move the mouse pointer down to unhide it and hover over the first icon. After that, no other flyouts appear when I hover over the other icons in the taskbar.

I am using Start11 to control the taskbar, and I have the latest version installed that is available without opting for beta downloads in Object Desktop.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not sure why, today I also have Windows 11 version 22621.2215 on my system, which I though was insider preview release. Anyway, your issue not appearing on my system. So please try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately (important), reinstalled Start11, reboot immediately again. Retest and report back.

Thanks

It's seemed to have resolved on its own now, but I've discovered something about the functionality of the task bar in Start11 that's different from how it's handled by Windows. You know how you can drag a file down to the task bar and drop it on a program, which would open the file in that program? I prefer to have the task bar hidden and set to reappear when I mouse over it. However, if Start11 is in control of the task bar and I drag a file down to it, the task bar won't reappear, making it impossible to drop the file on a program, although in Windows it will. I'm not sure if it's only my machine behaving this way or if all Start11 controlled task bars act like that. I don't use this feature much, but it's very convenient when I do need it.
