Windows 11, Insane desktop config, need Start11 to Restart AGAIN

I reloaded my desktop machine about a year and a half ago.
I use my rig for business, so I figured I'd suffer through the agonies of "latest Windows Version" to make sure I was familiar.

Yes, I'm a masochist and moron....

My rig is a triple monitor.  But I'm running in PORTRAIT MODE (Long axis up and down).

Current Rig On The Right

Ryzen 5950X
RTX 3070Ti
3x Dell U2718Q 4K Monitors

Because Windows multi-monitor is clown-shoes, I have to use NVIDIA NVSurround to have a truly unified desktop that I can full-screen on.  Anything else results in something larger than a single screen still snapping to the max size of one 4K screen.

I get no real use out of a 12K wide screen (landscape mode).
But I spend a lot of time reading, hence getting more out of portrait mode.

HOWEVER, this setup causes WIndows to flip it's sssSTUFF!

On Win10, I could bypass some of the problematic behavior by nailing the taskbar to the upper left-hand corner (Windows won't do a 6000 pixel wide single taskbar).

On Win11, default controls will not allow this behavior.
The normal taskbar is displaced down off the bottom of the desktop, leaving it all but unviewable.

This is when I purchased Start11.
It restored function to the taskbar by allowing me to put it on the top of the screen again.
And I've been mostly happy with it thus far.

One TINY niggling thing that I've finally got fed up with enough to forgo my natural laziness.
On rebooting the machine, I have to restart Explorer to get Start11 to display properly.

Is there a way to "kick" Start 11 and automate the taskbar correction after a reboot?

Behavior:
Win11 restarts and taskbar shows on top, but only half the taskbar.
Have to restart Start11 to get it to display properly.
Any way to cause Start 11 to restart itself on an automated basis (that won't cause Windows to stall and crap itself) to properly display the taskbar?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But need to know few things.

  1. Windows 11 full version numbers. Use Winver.exe.
  2. Start11 version.
  3. "Taskbar show on top, but only half the taskbar" What do you mean by that? Screenshot please.
  4. Does "Restart Explorer.exe" resolve your issue? https://www.howtogeek.com/198815/use-this-secret-trick-to-close-and-restart-explorer.exe-in-windows/

Thanks
