Fence portal not showing properly on AVD Windows 10 MultiSession

Hi, we're trying to use Fence on our Azure Virtual Desktop setup that run Windows 10 Multisession base image from Microsoft 22H2 with O365. Fence is running fine except for Portal. If we move the mouse over the icons in the portal they keep "selected" and resizing of the portal is causing display problem for the portal. It looks like the redraw function is not taken care of properly on this specific setup.

We tried different version of Fence up to the latest one, we replicated the setup in a new AVD environment with the same result.

We tried different display settings (from Fence as well as Windows) with not consistent result.

Please help
