Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after (important), redownload the latest version, install that version, reboot again after installation done. Retest and report back.

I tried to uninstall Start11 and rebooted immediately.
Then I installed the latest version and immediately rebooted.
Unfortunately, this method did not help, and not only valorant stopped starting after installing start11.
After removing it, everything works perfectly.
What else can you try?
When you said it don't work if you launch the game from Startpanel? Does it work if launch from desktop shortcut icon or directly from Game folder?

I have already checked whether the desktop or in through the location of the game file also does not start.
Everything works if you disable the start11 service or remove it completely.
