After trying Fences 3 on a Win 11 computer I can't see any differences that are obvious or notable on a trial of version 4. Is there any technical reason that you must upgrade to V4 on Win11?

From what I know, Fences 4 introduce the Hotkeys function to bring Fences forward/install access which not available in Fences 3. Other than that there are lot of update/upgrades done on Fences 4 to ensure its more compatible with latest Windows 10/11 version. You can refer to Fences changelog here: https://www.stardock.com/products/fences/history As for you, its really up to you. If Fences 3 working for what you expected it to be. Than Fences 3 should be fine. But, for future compatibility proof, it is best to move to Fences 4. Do know that Fences 3 has stop development once Fences 4 was introduced.
