Assistance needed with Activating Multiple devices.

I purchased the Multi-Device subscription that states “Support for 5 simultaneous activations”.  I want to “run Fences concurrently across all of their Windows machines.”  Now that I am trying to install to a second machine, it states the license is currently active and I have to deactivate my other computer to proceed…   The website states, “Single Key activation for ease of installation”.  What do I do to get this installed on multiple machines and synced using OneDrive?  

I did check the prior postings and I am sure missed some post and could not find an answer.  I did search the help center and follow the directions contained there.   I have gone through my account and have been unable to generate any additional keys to activate devices.  The next step, according to the Help Center is to contact them by email.  This was done.  I received an automated response bot telling me to do what I have already done.
