Bug for Start 11 when accessing action center.

Regarding to a bug from Start 11 when taskbar is positioned on the top.

Hi guys, I just started using start 11 again. I have a problem with accessing the action center and show hidden icons. when I click on action center button(the group of icons, like wifi, sound and battery), I wouldn't be able to click on hidden icons unless I click away the action center. Is anyone else having this problem as well?

Can I let the developers for this app know these issues? maybe resizing the action center so that It's not blocking me from clicking on the hidden icons?
