Bug in Start11

Start menu is active but invisible

First, I can't even find an email address to send a simple bug report to. What kind of insulting customer service is that? The only apparent place to report a bug is here. Start11 is often, though not always, displaying the start menu invisibly. When I click in the lower-left corner of the desktop in any spot where the Start menu would be if it were active, the click executes whatever would have been executed had the menu been displayed. Thus if I click on a PDF in the lower-left corner, I might execute the command prompt instead, because Start11 would have displayed a link to the command prompt in exactly the spot where the PDF is sitting on the desktop.

 

I'm disgusted that there's no simple email address for bug reporting. Shame on you for putting up barriers to information you need to make products better -- a dozen links to "documentation" and forums. Give me a break.
