Secondary Stopped Working

2 Secondarys- One works, the other is greyed out

from Stardock Forums

I've had the same configuration for years. At some point, one of the secondary's greyed out and will not recover. 

What I've Tried:

- Uninstall/ Reinstall latest on all 3 (Primary and both secondary)

- Added Secondary by name, then IP address

- Restarted all units

- Turn off Firewall on Secondary

What other options are there?

 

Setup

Version 3.6 Build 00105.kvm

Primary: Windows Server 2019 Standard

Secondary (Working): Windows Server 2016 Datacenter

Secondary (Failed): Windows Server 2019 Standard

Having similar issue. Secondary pc shows online, primary doers not see it online. Both on same network, both set as private network. Both on same version all updated
