Fences 3 Steam edition almost crashes pc on bootup

Hello i have been using fences 3 bought from steam for about 4 years now without any issues, recently just out of the blue fences almost completely crashes my pc unless i first open file explorer in windows. This is getting pretty annoying to deal with as there has been no problems before.

I am using latest version of Windows 10, latest version of fences 3 from steam, this is a personal computer so it has no websense or forcepoint, i have followed every step in the self support options, i have tried to purge fences but nothing seems to help.

 

I also wanna add that there was no updates of any other programs of mine or windows just before/during the time this issue began, it simply just after a normal start up started doing this.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you tried cleanboot: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#cleanboot? Also need full version number for Windows 10 and Fences. Use Winver.exe for Win10.
